ACCOMODATION:
The villa can accommodate up to 6 people; it is arranged on three floors; on each floor a welcoming and comfortable bedroom, all with private bathroom and walk-in closet.
On the central floor there is a spacious and equipped kitchen, a living room and a service bathroom, as well as a bedroom overlooking the garden.
On the ground floor you will find a cozy and comfortable bedroom (two single beds) overlooking the garden and swimming pool. A living room with television and study area with desk and printer and a spacious laundry room (equipped with washing machine, iron and ironing board), a service bathroom, and an outdoor kitchen with barbecue.
On the first floor, a cozy double bedroom overlooking the surrounding vineyards and hills.
Around the villa a large garden, external porch, infinity pool, badminton court and private parking.

We require a bank transfer at the time of booking with 30% of the amount of the stay, with a copy of the confirmation. The balance will be paid 15 days before the check-in date.
DEPOSIT
A deposit of € 500 is required which will be returned in full upon departure, after a survey of the state of the places.
CHECK-IN
Submit the identification documents of all guests, adults and children, who will stay in the Villa. Check-in is from 17.00 to 18.00. You will be welcomed by the staff. If your arrival is planned outside these hours, please notify us 24 hours in advance. Night arrivals (from 20.00 onwards) € 20.00 / h.
CHECK-OUT
The Villa must be vacated by 10.00 am.
RESALBERT VILLE CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of cancellation of the stay:
> up to 30 days before arrival at ResAlbert Villa “Le Sughere”, cancellation is free.
> from 29 to 15 days before arrival at ResAlbert Villa “Le Sughere” 30% of the total will be retained.
> from the 14th day before check-in 70% of the total will be retained.
> in case of early departure the stay will be charged in full.
PETS POLICY
Animals are welcome, but their presence requires the mandatory payment of a daily supplement (€ 25 per animal). It is forbidden to leave animals unattended in the Villa and in the garden and we ask you to be careful not to let them get on beds and sofas.
